Registration – Message Board Forum

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who register and post messages to our Message Board forum. 

Order, Contact, Return Forms

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us on-line via the Order form, Contact Us form, and Return Goods Authorization form.  We also collect name, address, telephone number and fax number when placing an order or contacting us.  Requested fields on the RGA form are reason for return, type of product to return, comments, and contact information (Name, E-mail, Tel., and Fax).

 The information we collect is used to respond directly to your questions or comments, to operate and improve the Web site, to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, and to deliver products and services that we offer.

We use cookies to record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site.  For instance, we use cookies for quicker shopping cart access for returning customers.

 Message Board Forum

The Message Board forum will be used to post news and discussions related to Mercruiser parts, to provide information regarding Breezeworks events and announcements, to answer technical or product questions, and to exchange ideas and comments with other Mercruiser enthusiasts.

 Order Confirmation, Special Offers and Updates

We send email confirmation for all orders placed through the Web site.  Established customers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals and possibly a newsletter.  Out of respect for the privacy of our users we give you the option to not receive these types of communications.  If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at brzwrking@yahoo.com.

We communicate with users on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their order we reply via email or phone, in accordance with the users wishes.
